Penelope Architect is a straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 50% ABV. French oak staves are introduced into the ageing barrel, and this extra wood adds a sweet, rounded character with an oak-and-spice dimension.
Vanilla and brown sugar meet baking spice and toasted oak on the palate. A warm finish carries lingering vanilla and French oak spice.
