Penelope Barrel Strength is a bourbon in a 70cl bottle, matured in oak casks and bottled at full barrel strength without dilution. It is also described as unfiltered.
The oak gives it a robust structure, and the character is full and imposing on the palate, lifted by a lively freshness.
On the nose it shows toasted notes, vanilla, honey and sweet spices.
