Penelope Bourbon is a bourbon made from corn, rye and malted barley, in a 70cl bottle. It matures in American oak casks, which give a rounded, enveloping character and a balanced structure.
The nose brings vanilla, caramel and nuts, with delicate spice recalling cinnamon and white pepper. On the palate it is soft, with a rounded sweetness and a light smoky touch, followed by a lasting finish.
