Penelope F Cancer Blend of Straight Whiskeys (75cl, 47%)

Penelope F Cancer is a blend of straight whiskeys aged four to six years, bottled at 47% in a 750ml bottle without chill filtering. It is the fourth annual charity release in the FCancer series, made with the FCancer nonprofit after a Penelope teammate asked for a bourbon honouring his wife, who died of brain cancer. Each label carries a QR code linking to a donation page. The whiskey was sourced from Ross & Squibb in Lawrenceburg, Indiana, and the mash bill is 48% corn, 46% rye, 3% malted rye and 3% malted barley. The nose is sweet cream, brown sugar, cracked black pepper, caramel, vanilla and citrus zest. The palate brings baking spice, honey, toffee and brûlée, and the finish is bold with caramel, spice, cherry and roasted nuts.
