Penelope Four Grain is a straight bourbon in a 750ml bottle, bottled at 40% ABV without chill filtration.
It is made by blending three straight-bourbon mash bills, which between them use corn, wheat, rye and malted barley.
The nose opens with corn sweetness, caramel and light oak. On the palate, fruit and syrup notes meet vanilla and a hint of citrus, with buttercream and cornbread impressions. The finish is a lingering vanilla spice.
