Penelope Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is a small batch bourbon from the Classic Series, bottled at 46% in a 70cl bottle. It matures in new American oak casks, and its mash bill is 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley.
The nose offers butterscotch, vanilla pod, candied orange and roasted sugar. On the palate come brown sugar, honeyed corn, cinnamon and creamy mint. The finish brings caramel and charred oak with dark chocolate and warm spice.
