Penelope Rio is a bourbon in the Cooper Series, bottled at 49% in a 70cl bottle. It is an original bottling from Penelope.
Rio is finished in a double cask of honey and amburana barrels. The brand describes the pairing of American honey barrels with Brazilian wood as an unexpected one, and says it gives the bourbon a distinctive combination of flavours. It continues Penelope's record of innovation through its blending and finishing techniques, and no colouring is added.
