Penelope Rosé Cask Finish is a straight bourbon bottled at 47% in a 750ml bottle. It is the first release in the Cooper Series, which pairs Penelope's straight whiskeys with wine casks from wine-making regions around the world.
Here the bourbon is married with hand-selected French Rosé wine casks from the Southern Rhône. It is sweet and delicate in style.
