Penelope Rosé Cask Finish is a straight bourbon finished in hand-selected French Rosé wine casks from the Southern Rhône. It is the first release in the Cooper Series, in which the brand pairs its straight whiskeys with casks from wine-making regions.
Candied fruit, cream and floral and herbal notes lead on the nose. The palate is sweet and creamy, with vanilla, strawberry cream and herbal touches, and the finish is creamy vanilla with a hint of strawberry and a savoury edge.
