Penelope Straight Four Grain Bourbon

Penelope Straight Four Grain Bourbon is a straight bourbon named after the founder's recently born daughter. It was created as the start of a series of four grain expressions. The whiskey is blended from three bourbon mash bills that together use four grains: corn, wheat, rye and malted barley. Each barrel is hand-selected, and the chosen barrels are blended into a single batch.
