Penelope Toasted Barrel Socal Sunset Ember Straight Bourbon Whiskey (75cl)

Penelope Socal Sunset Ember is a straight bourbon from the brand's Toasted Series, in a 75cl bottle. The bourbon is fully matured in charred new American oak barrels, then finished in a new, hand-toasted barrel. Penelope found that each toasted barrel turned out differently, and the series embraces that variety of chars and toasts, so no two bottlings in it are quite alike. The toasting adds deep notes of vanilla to the bourbon's usual character.
