Perlage Perlapp Spumante

A sparkling wine from Perlage with fine, lively bubbles and a bright, inviting appearance. The nose is delicate, with balanced fruity and floral notes on a fresh, clean profile. On the palate it is light and refreshing, with fine effervescence, hints of small white fruits and flower petals supported by pleasant acidity. It suits aperitifs, light fish dishes, raw starters, vegetable dishes, fresh cheeses and moderate-savoury foods, served at 6-8 °C in a sparkling wine glass.
