A rosé sparkling wine from Trento, made by Ferrari from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes selected from the company's best vineyards on the Trentino hills. It is pale pink with a fine, persistent perlage. The nose brings small red fruits such as raspberry and wild strawberry, with almond and yeast notes from long ageing on the lees. On the palate it is creamy and enveloping, with lively freshness balancing the fruit, and a long, persistent finish with bread crust and delicate minerality. It is made by the Metodo Classico, with at least 50 months of ageing on the lees in bottle.
