Perlino Marsala Fine DOC Semisecco (2L, 17.5%)

Perlino Marsala Fine is a semi-dry Marsala from Sicily, made under the Marsala DOC and sold in a 2 litre bottle. It is matured in wooden barrels, which gives its oxidative, aged character and a light amber colour. The nose offers dried fruit such as figs and walnuts, with hints of honey and vanilla. On the palate, modest sweetness meets fresh acidity, with caramel, candied fruit and a touch of spice. It can be served as an aperitif or as a meditation wine, at room temperature or lightly chilled.
