Petit Chablis AOC Grand Calcaire

A white wine from Chablis in Burgundy, made exclusively from Chardonnay and named after the calcareous terroir, Grand Calcaire. It has a bright straw colour, with fresh aromas of citrus, green apple and distinct mineral notes. On the palate it is lively and harmonious, with well-calibrated acidity and a persistent, clean finish recalling flint. Ageing takes place mainly in steel to preserve freshness and aromatic purity. It works well as an aperitif and with light fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
