Heritage is an American corn whisky from Philadelphia Distillery, a craft producer in the United States. It is aged for 7 years in charred American oak casks and comes in a 70cl bottle shaped like a barrel.
The name refers to the traditional methods and techniques behind it. The nose brings sweet corn, maple syrup, caramel, vanilla and white pepper.
On the palate it is lightly sweet, with maple syrup, berry-flavoured cocoa and soft vanilla, finishing on honey and pecan nuts.
