A Bourgogne Chardonnay made by a winemaker from Meursault.
In the glass it is light golden with green nuances. The nose offers white flowers, citrus, ripe pears and juicy apples, with a discreet touch of toasted nuts and fine chalky minerality. The palate is full and harmonious, balancing freshness with a creamy texture, with mature fruit and elegant minerality giving tension and length. The finish is clean, fresh and persistent, with citrus, pear and a lightly salty touch.
The 2023 vintage gave wines with generous fruit and fine freshness, and the wine is suited to grilled fish, shellfish, chicken, creamy pasta dishes and a selection of good cheeses.
