Picolit Rosazzo - Le Vigne di Zamò (50cl)

A sweet white wine from Friuli Venezia Giulia, made from the rare Picolit grape. The wine comes from a terroir with a favourable microclimate and skeletal soils that give finesse and persistence. Its bouquet is elegant, with ripe apricot and peach, a delicate honeyed note and vanilla from careful bottle ageing. Natural sweetness is balanced by fresh acidity, giving equilibrium and lightness. It suits meditative tasting or almond-based desserts and tarts.
