A white wine from Piedmont, made from Chardonnay by Il Falchetto. It is matured in oak barrels.
It is bright straw yellow. The nose shows white-fleshed fruit such as peach and pear, with vanilla and light touches of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and well balanced, with medium body and a creamy texture leading to a persistent, harmonious finish.
Serve at about 10-12°C with delicate fish dishes, light starters or as a refined aperitif.
