Pievalta Dominè Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC 2022 is a white wine from the Marche region, made from Verdicchio. It has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections.
On the nose there are notes of green apple and peach, with white flowers and light mineral hints. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel tanks. On the palate it is fresh and lively, with medium structure, well-integrated acidity and a long, persistent finish.
It suits fish dishes, seafood and fresh cheeses.
