Pignoletto Borgo Campagna - Soliera

A Pignoletto-based white wine from Soliera, presented in an everyday style. It has a pale colour with greenish reflections, and a bouquet tending towards floral notes and white-fleshed fruit with citrus hints. On the palate it is fresh, with light salinity and an equilibrium that favours drinkability, and the finish is generally clean. It suits light starters, delicate fish dishes, salads and fresh cheeses, and works well as an aperitif. Serve well chilled but not iced, around 8-10 C, to appreciate its aromas and freshness.
