Pignoletto Colli di Imola DOC Frizzante Romandiola (37.5cl)

Pignoletto Colli di Imola DOC Frizzante is a sparkling wine from Romandiola, made exclusively from Pignoletto grapes grown in the Imola hills. It is vinified traditionally, with fermentation in autoclave to preserve the grape's primary aromas and a delicate, lasting foam. Pale straw yellow with greenish reflections, it has a fresh, pleasantly aromatic nose of green apple, white flowers and a light almond note. The palate shows lively acidity balanced by subtle sweetness, with fine, persistent bubbles. Serve well chilled, around 6-8°C, with light snacks, fish-based starters or lightly structured first courses.
