A sparkling wine from Villa Poggiolo, produced mainly from Pignoletto grapes grown on the hills of Imola. Fermentation follows the Charmat method to preserve fresh, fruity aromas. The wine shows fine, persistent bubbles and a fresh, lively structure. Its bouquet combines fresh fruit, white flowers and a subtle herbal note. On the palate it balances acidity and sweetness, making it suitable as an aperitif or with delicate fish dishes and light starters.
