It shows a pale straw colour with greenish reflections, and opens on the nose with delicate white flowers, green apple, citrus and mineral hints. The palate is slender, with a savoury and lively mouthfeel, fruity returns and a fresh finish. It suits aperitifs, antipasti, salads, fish or shellfish dishes and vegetable preparations, and is best served well chilled at 8-10 C.
