Pike Creek 10 Year Old is a Canadian whisky finished in rum barrels, bottled at 42% ABV in a 750ml bottle. It is double distilled in column stills at Hiram Walker Distillery in Windsor, Ontario, and aged for ten years before the rum barrel finish. The whisky matures in a warehouse with no heating or electricity, so it goes through Ontario's sub-zero winters and hot summers. It belongs to Corby's Northern Border Collection. The nose is fragrant, with dried fruits over underlying spice and toffee.
