Pike Creek 10 Year Old Double Barrel is a Canadian whisky matured for ten years in two types of cask, in a 70cl bottle. It spends time first in American oak and then in port casks. The nose offers vanilla and caramel, ripe fruit, delicate spice and a hint of toasted wood. The palate is soft and balanced, and the finish is long and enveloping.
