The mash bill is 51% rye, 39% corn and 10% malted barley. The whiskey comes from extra-aged barrels kept in prime warehouse locations.
On the nose there is caramel, vanilla, citrus peel and brown sugar, with hints of cocoa and oaky smoke. The palate offers caramel, marzipan, pepper and licorice alongside honeyed rye and cloves, and the finish is long and spicy, with cinnamon, toffee and chocolate.
