Pilla Oro Riserva Brandy (70cl)

Pilla Oro Riserva is a brandy from the Italian distillery Pilla, made from a selection of aged distillates. Extended rest in oak barriques gives it an amber colour. The nose is warm, with ripe fruit, fine wood, vanilla and sweet spices such as cinnamon and clove. The palate is velvety, with sweetness set against a slight roughness, and flavours of cooked fruit, caramel and lightly toasted wood. The finish is long and persistent. It suits sipping neat after a meal.
