A liqueur made by infusing pimento berries, a spice combining cinnamon, clove and nutmeg notes. It has an intense alcoholic strength and a rich, enveloping aromatic profile. Dried fruit, sweet spices and a light balsamic note appear on the nose. On the palate it is soft but structured, with a long, pleasant persistence.
