A Pineau des Charentes from the Charentes region, made from fresh grape must and young cognac. The grape variety is Ugni Blanc. It has a bright golden colour with amber reflections.
The nose shows ripe fruit, peach and apricot, with delicate vanilla notes from ageing in oak barrels. On the palate it is soft and enveloping, supported by balanced acidity and a lingering finish.
