Pinhook 10 Year Crème Brûlée is a single barrel Kentucky straight bourbon, the 2025 release in the Pinhook Vertical Series, where barrels are aged and released year by year. It is bottled at 57% (114 proof) in a 75cl bottle.
The Crème Brûlée name points to a dessert-like character layered with oak and spice.
The nose has caramelised sugar, vanilla custard, toasted oak and baking spice. On the palate come crème brûlée, brown sugar, spice, charred oak and ripe fruit. The finish is long and warming, with sweet oak, spice and creamy vanilla.
