Pinhook Bohemian Bourbon High Proof 2020 is the first bourbon released in nearly 40 years to be distilled at Castle & Key. It uses a custom mash bill of 75% corn, 10% rye and 15% malted barley.
The nose is bright, with tangerine, preserved lemon and brioche. The palate is deep and lush, with dried papaya, toffee, cocoa and almonds.
