Pinhook 5 Year Old Cask Strength is a Kentucky straight bourbon, here in its 2025 release. It is bottled at 59.6% ABV after five years of ageing, non-chill-filtered and with no added colouring or flavouring.
Each year's Pinhook label features a different thoroughbred, and this release shows a new horse. It is a limited annual release.
The tasting notes describe maple, toffee, cinnamon spice and charred oak, with hints of dark fruit and a warm, lingering finish.
