This is the 2025 release of Pinhook's Collaboration Series #4, a cask strength American rye in a 75cl bottle.
Pinhook sources barrels and takes its own approach to blending and proofing them. The Collaboration Series is built around choosing barrels on experience and quality, with some patience and a little luck.
The nose is sweetgrass, butterscotch, tobacco and nutmeg. The palate is hearty, with brûléed sugar, baked pear, spearmint and clove.
