Pinhook Collaboration Series Edition No. 2 is a four-year-old straight bourbon made with Garrett Oliver, brewmaster of Brooklyn Brewery. It is a high-rye, high-proof bourbon with a mash bill of 75% corn, 20% rye and 5% malted barley, bottled at 59.45% (118.9 proof) in a 75cl bottle. It was blended and proofed from 20 barrels from Still Austin in Texas, where the heat speeds maturation. The release also funds 20 scholarships in brewing and distilling through the Michael J. Jackson Foundation, which Oliver chairs.
