Pinhook Collaboration Series Jordan Salcito Edition No. 3 (75cl, 57.4%)

A cask strength Australian single malt made by Starward in Melbourne from 100% malted barley, double-distilled in copper pot stills. It is bottled at 57.4% ABV and is non-chill filtered. This is the third edition of Pinhook's Collaboration Series, blended by sommelier Jordan Salcito with Pinhook co-founder and master blender Sean Josephs. They combined four Starward styles, aged four to five years, across 28 red wine barrels. It launched in November 2024. The nose is poached pear, vanilla curd, cardamom and light cedar. On the palate come raspberries, wild honey, clove and graham cracker.
