Pinhook Collaboration Series No. 4 is a cask strength Kentucky straight rye whiskey, released in 2025 as the fourth bottling in the brand's Collaboration Series. It is bottled uncut and without chill filtration, in a 75cl bottle.
Distilled and aged in Kentucky, it has a bold, spicy and herbal character with oak depth, and its strength varies from barrel to barrel.
The nose brings toasted baking spices, orange peel, spearmint and dark honey. On the palate there is rich rye grain, cracked black pepper, charred oak, clove and herbal tea. The finish is long and warming, with dry oak and a touch of vanilla bean.
