Pinhook Rye'd On is a Kentucky straight rye whiskey, the 2020 flagship rye from Pinhook. It is bottled unfiltered at 48.5% in a 75cl bottle. The mash bill is 60% rye, 20% corn and 20% malted barley. Every Pinhook release is named after a thoroughbred, and this one takes its name from Rye'd On, a Kentucky-bred colt from Bourbon Lane Stable. The nose is peach, spearmint and cinnamon, and the palate is cherry, toffee and clove.
