Rye Humor is a straight rye whiskey from Pinhook, released at cask strength. It is the brand's first barrel proof straight rye.
The whiskey is a blend of 65 barrels, all of them over four years old, put together by Sean Josephs at Castle & Key Distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky.
The nose is deep and dense, with dark chocolate, candied black liquorice and vanilla extract. On the palate come raisins, tobacco, cinnamon stick and sarsaparilla.
