Pinhook Vertical Series 8 Year Old is a straight rye whiskey from the 2024 release. Pinhook blends and proofs its whiskeys in annual vintages, so each year's barrels show their own character.
The Vertical Series follows a group of 450 rye barrels as they age from 4 to 12 years. Each vintage is blended and proofed to show the rye at that age, and this one is the 8 year old.
