A refined Pinot Bianco from Alto Adige by Tiefenbrunner. Straw yellow in colour, it offers delicate notes of white flowers, apple and pear, with citrus nuances and a mineral hint. On the palate the acidity is fresh and well balanced, the medium body supports the fruity notes without being intrusive, and the finish is clean with good persistence. It pairs with light seafood, shellfish, vegetable starters, fresh cheeses and mild risottos.
