Pinot Bianco St. Michael Eppan

A white wine with a discreet, linear aromatic profile, showing notes of green apple, ripe pear and a hint of white flowers. On the palate it is fresh, medium-light in body, with balanced acidity and a savoury texture supporting the sip; the finish is clean and of medium persistence. It is an elegant white in its simplicity, suited to versatile drinking without excess. It pairs naturally with light starters, baked or steamed fish dishes, grilled vegetables and fresh cheeses. Serve around 8-10 °C in a wide but not too flared glass.
