Pinot Grigio Alto Adige DOC Porer - Alois Lageder

A white wine from Alto Adige, made from Pinot Grigio grown on morainic soils. After controlled-temperature fermentation and partial ageing in steel, it shows a bright straw colour with intense aromas of white flowers, ripe apples and a delicate citrus note. On the palate it is harmonious, supported by pleasant acidity and a long, savoury persistence. It suits light starters, fish and vegetable dishes, and can also be enjoyed on its own.
