A white wine from Tenuta J Hofstatter, representative of the Alto Adige style. It is straw yellow with bright reflections. The nose shows white fruit such as apple and pear, citrus hints and a light floral note, supported by evident freshness and a subtle mineral imprint. On the palate it balances acidity and body, with moderate persistence and a slightly savoury finish. It suits young drinking with seafood starters, steamed fish dishes, composed salads and as an aperitif. Serve cool, not too cold.
