A white wine from Collio, made from Pinot Grigio by Dario Raccaro. It shows a bright, light straw colour with aromas of ripe pear, white flowers, fresh citrus and a mineral note. The palate is immediate yet measured, with vibrant freshness, sapidity, medium body and a slightly almond finish. It suits seafood, shellfish, seasonal starters, light pasta and white meats, and works well as an aperitif. Serve fresh, around 8-10 °C.
