A Pinot Grigio from the delle Venezie DOC, made by Bolla. It shows a pale straw colour with a fragrant aromatic profile. White flowers, crisp apple and ripe pear appear on the nose, supported by a fresh citrus accent and subtle minerality. On the palate it is slender yet balanced, with lively acidity and a savoury note that carries the finish. It suits an aperitif, seafood starters, salads, grilled fish and light vegetarian dishes.
