A white wine from the Pinot Grigio delle Venezie DOC, made by Cavalieri Reali. It shows a bright straw colour with an immediate aromatic profile of green apple, ripe pear and a hint of white flowers. The palate balances freshness and savouriness, with lively but well-balanced acidity, a medium-light body and a clean, pleasantly persistent finish. Serve chilled, around 8-10 C, as an aperitif or with raw fish, starters, salads, light pasta, fresh cheeses, delicate fried food and crustacean dishes.
