A Pinot Grigio Delle Venezie DOC from Danzante, made from selected grapes grown in the hills of Friuli-Venezia Giulia. It shows a clear, bright pale straw colour, with an elegant, delicate aromatic profile of green apple, pear and a light white-flower note.
On the palate it is fresh and mineral, with a slender body and a harmonious finish. Ageing takes place in steel, preserving varietal character and natural fruit vitality. It suits an aperitif or light dishes such as seafood salads, grilled fish and fresh cheeses.
