Pinot Grigio DOC Ramato Biologico - Le Vigne di Zamò

An organic Pinot Grigio Ramato from Le Vigne di Zamò, from vineyards cultivated with organic care in Friuli Venezia Giulia. Its characteristic copper colour comes from Pinot Grigio grapes fermented on the skins, giving structure and complexity. Ageing takes place in steel, preserving freshness and expressive aromas of white flowers, peach and light spicy notes. On the palate it is harmonious, with an elegant balance between vibrant acidity and a pleasant mineral salinity. It is ideal with seafood starters, fish dishes or light white meats.
