A Pinot Grigio DOC from St. Michael Eppan, pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose offers green apple, ripe pear, citrus peel, white flowers and a light mineral note.
The palate is slender with fresh acidity and a savoury texture, finishing clean with good aromatic-fruit persistence. It suits seafood starters, carpaccio, shellfish, grilled fish, salads and vegetable dishes, and works well as an aperitif or informal meal wine.
Best enjoyed young, served cool at around 8-10 °C.
